Big rain has been plaguing many parts of East Africa and causing property damage and deaths.
In Kenya, more than 10 people have died after being flooded by floodwaters.
Most of them have died traveling to the house or in the truck trying through flooded areas.
How can you protect yourself while you are on the way?

National Security Council officials (NTSA) and the Red Cross Association of Kenya have provided advice that can be very useful during this rainy season.
- Be aware that during the summer, dust, sand, and various types of waste disappear on the road. When the rain rains, it makes the road a television and so with a car it's important to drive your car with a steady speed as your car will not be able to easily control your car.
