Opposition politicians in Tanzania have continued to spend more time complaining about what they call them to drink in doing their political activities.
At the same time, these politicians have found themselves in the wrong side of the law where there are so many who are now being pushed by the fate of the case.
What is still astonishing many is not only the number of cases facing, but also the number of politicians facing these cases. Some even have to attend police stations every day.

But what are these cases that accompany these politicians?

Zitto Kabwe, the senior leader of the ACT-Wazalendo party, has been among the people who found themselves in line with the law of lawlessness law. This law has been severely opposed by activists that it is a burden to the recipients and the recipients of the report.
But shortly after Kabwe was in a desperate tour of various regions in Tanzania, he found himself confronted with sanctions on what was allegedly a mistake of holding political meetings without a formal police permit.
Chadema's main opposition party is what appears to have a large number of its politicians whipped off by various cases.
According to some sources, there are 13 party members who are facing trial in various courts.

MP Singida, through the party's party Tundu Lissu, who is currently in Belgium for treatment, faces six cases. All cases relate to inflammation.
Lissu is said to be the politician who was arrested more often than others. Among the cases that raised a major debate within and outside the country is the one accused of promoting insults and calling President John Magufuli 'dictator'.

For his part Halima Mdee, a parliamentary member of Kawe state in Dar es Salaam, has four cases of incitement including the accused accused of using bad language against President Magufuli after the ban was announced to allow female students to return to school during pregnancy.
Arusha MP Godbless Lema is facing four cases as well as all of them as instigators. In the past Lema served at least four months in prison for an incident. Lema is now attending court regularly.

John Mnyika, a state-of-the-art parliamentary candidate in Dar es salaam, is expected to attend a weekly police force since the attempt to protest the party last month. This case has not yet been made clear
Mara MP, Esther Bulaya, has been arrested by the police for allegedly trying to organize public hearings outside her province, which police claimed to be a violation of the law.
Despite the fact that activists and human rights activists have been in the forefront to defend the politicians, the government has still remained in its position that politicians violate the law.
